New Home Closers Academy ("NHCA", "we", "us") runs newhomeclosersacademy.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you request a guide: your first name, email address and the kind of sales role you work in.

When you make an enquiry: your first and last name, contact number and email.

When you complete our pre-call questionnaire: your company name or website, your role, and your written answers about how your sales process works.

When you visit the site: which page you arrived on and the advertising link that brought you there (for example, which ad you clicked), plus standard analytics data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, collected through cookies and similar technology.

When you read our emails: whether an email was opened and which links were clicked.

We don't ask for sensitive information (such as health, financial account or government ID details). Please don't include it in free-text answers.

How we collect it

Directly from you, through the forms on this site, email and calls. Automatically, through cookies, our analytics tools and our email platform.

Why we use it

To send you the guide you asked for. To send you follow-up emails about new home sales and the Academy, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. To respond to your enquiry and contact you about it. To deliver the program if you join. To understand which ads and pages work, so we spend our advertising budget on people in our industry. To run and secure the site.

We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the business. They handle your information on our behalf:

Brevo (email and contact database)
Google (email, video calls via Google Meet, and Google Analytics)
Meta (Facebook and Instagram advertising, including the Meta Pixel)
Our website hosting and database providers
HoneyBook (onboarding, contracts and invoicing, if you join)

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Overseas disclosure

Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. We choose providers that protect personal information and take reasonable steps to make sure they handle it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and similar technology for analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (the Meta Pixel), so we can see which ads and pages lead to enquiries and show our ads to relevant people. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works the same without them. Visitors in the EU, UK and similar regions are asked for consent before these run.

Marketing emails

We only email you because you asked for a guide or applied. Every marketing email identifies us and includes an unsubscribe link. We action unsubscribe requests within five business days.

Keeping it secure

We store information with reputable providers that use industry-standard security, and we limit access to people who need it. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while it's needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Access and correction

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Email info@newhomeclosersacademy.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you think we've mishandled your personal information, email info@newhomeclosersacademy.com with the details. We'll acknowledge it within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date at the top.
